Fox "News"--Fairly Unbalanced

Nope--that's not a laugh track. That's whatever bunch of rednecks got a free ticket in their packet of chewing tobacco this week.

The problems Fox is known to have with the ideas of "fairness" "balanced reporting" and "journalism" are well known. But perhaps it's time to consider the role of the audience in this?

And you're right--I haven't even addressed the whole "I don't think Israel is bombing Lebanon ... faulty construction is causing these buildings to fall" remark.

What can one say to the raving, insane and deluded?

Time to up your meds, dude!

And that makes the laughter a right and good thing?

Well it's on Fox--they're always right. Far right. In fact, Murdoch's private jet has an extra engine mounted on the left wing.

Still, is this what the modern conservative media stands for?

I'll stick with the BBC. They have reporters.
